Description
"The "Chalet" is a rustic two story log cottage located just 90 minutes from Ottawa-Gatineau on Lac du Rocher-Fendu on the Ottawa River. The Chalet is located at the end of a beautiful lagoon that opens onto Lac du Rocher-Fendu a 1.5 Km wide by 6 Km long part of the Ottawa River that offers excellent boating, sailing, canoeing, fishing and swimming. In fact there are more then 10Km of navigable waterway dotted with islands. There is a sand beach within walking distance. Golf and whitewater rafting are nearby. Shopping at Shawville and Campbell's Bay are 15-20 minutes away.

The cottage has a fully equiped kitchen with fridge, stove, micro, dishes, utensils and dining area. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and tub with shower. There is a back porch and a second story deck. The property is surrounded by hundreds of acres of pine forest offering excellent hiking.
