Lakehouse with private SPA awaits you in Pohénégamook. Incredible view, lots to do in winter or summer. Fresh air, magnificient lake and mountains surrounding the lakehouse. With a capacity seating of 7, the SPA has therapy features that will relax, soothe and comfort you. At night, you will definitly enjoy the million stars above your head while you bathe in comfortable 40°C water. Well situated, the cottage has a remarquable point of view on the lake and it's surroundings. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset as they tint the sky then reflects the colors on the lake. Quiet little town with all the amenities close by: the pharmacy and health center with doctor on site, 24/ 7. A convenience store at the gas station offers basic grocery needs. A larger grocery store is 13 minutes away from the cottage in Sully, one of 3 small districts of Pohenegamook.
Winter activities are also easily accessible. The municipal ice rink is a 2 minutes walk away from the cottage. There is also a variety of sports available from cross-country skiing to snowshoewing. There are snowmobile marked paths everywhere, even one that crosses the lake.
Summer activities also await: golf, municipal beach with inflated games on the lake, ATV marked trails, biking around the lake! At the Centre de Loisirs Guy-Pelletier which is a 2 minute walk away from the cottage, your teens will enjoy a skate park, dek hockey surface and exterior basketball court! From morning until night, you can enjoy a ride on the lake with a paddle board, a 2 person kayak, a single person kayak or a canoe.
The cottage offers comfortable installations with all the commodities of a household, including a dishwasher, and washer-dryer. Pots and pans, dishes, wine glasses among other things are offered. A BBQ for your outdoors grilling is available from Victoria week-end to labor day!
The cottage offers a level 2 charging station for electric vehicle.
Hi speed Internet access, a 55" TV with HD recorder.
On the second floor, the cottage offers a closed room with a double bed, a large room with 2 twin beds, a double bed and a cribb. There is also a bathroom with therapeutic bath.
On the first floor of the cottage, you will find the kitchen and dining room, living room and bathroom with shower. There is also a bedroom with a king size bed. Towels, bedding and pillows are offered with rental. The cottage sleeps 8 people comfortably. There is also a possibility to sleep up to 10 people with the hide-a-bed in the basement, extra charges apply.

NOTES Week-end rentals are offered from 6 PM Friday to 6 PM Sunday. A full 48 hours! Week rentals are offered from 6 PM Friday to 12 noon the following Friday. Rates are based on an occupancy of up to 8 people. Additional person/ 50$ per stay. Maximum 10 people. All details concerning rentals must be done over the phone. Monthly rental contract will be issued and must be signed and returned with deposit. A deposit of 50% is necessary to complete reservation by e-transfer, non-refundable. Balance is due 30 days prior to the first day of rental. If your reservation is within 30 days of rental, complete payment is due upon reservation and signature of rental contract. ? CANCELLATION POLICY/POSTPONEMENT : deposit is non refundable when cancellation occurs more then 30 days from first day rental. 75% of rental price is non refundable when cancellation occurs 30 days or less from first day rental. If you wish, you can postpone your rental up to one year after initial date of rental. | Merveilleux chalet très bien équipé. Le chalet est situé dans un coin très tranquille mais demeure près des commodités (épicerie, café, pharmacie). La vue sur le lac est magnifique et le chalet dispose de toutes les embarcations pour en profiter!

| C'était notre deuxième été à ce chalet. Il est très propre et bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour notre confort. La longue galerie devant le chalet est parfaite pour profiter de la vue sur le lac. La plage devant le chalet n'est pas très longue mais l'entrée à l'eau se fait de façon progressive donc sécuritaire pour les enfants. Les embarcations fournies sont très bien ainsi que les VFI. Je dois dire que le coin est très calme. Pas de voisin d'un côté et de l'autre, il est beaucoup plus haut que nous. C' est vraiment un bel endroit et si parfois la température est fraîche ou pluvieuse, le spa est un gros plus. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et toujours prêts à répondre à nos besoins. Nous étions 8 personnes et les enfants ont adoré. Je vous le recommande. Un petit coin de paradis pour des moments mémorables en famille.

| Wow! Nous avons adoré!! Chalet invitant, chaleureux, bien entretenu. Une belle note écrite de la mains des proprios... Ils ont pensé à tous les détails. Nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour un superbe week-end. Le spa était fonctionnel et nous attendait. Et l'emplacement... quel paradis. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain. Merci!
