This comfortable and spacious cottage is located on St Francois Xavier Lake, just minutes from Morin Heights, 15 minutes from St. Sauveur and 40 minutes from Tremblant. Within walking distance is the Aerobic Corridor and Biking Trails, renowned in North America for cycling and cross-country skiing. Winter activities close by include alpine skiing at Morin Heights and St-Sauveur, or world-class Mont Tremblant, snowmobiling, sliding, ATV and snow-shoeing. Similarly, in the summer you can enjoy swimming, kayaking, water skiing (allowed on the lake), canoeing, cycling, hiking and much more. Provided for you are two kayaks, a row boat as well as life jackets of various sizes and an inflatable floating island (see pictures).
With a south facing view, you can enjoy sunshine all day long, on the dock or patio deck.
The cottage is fully furnished and equipped with bedding, towels, hygienic and cleaning products. The kitchen has all commodities and cooking essentials such as spices, oil, flour, etc. and even a raclette and fondue sets. You can enjoy your meals either inside or outside, on the adjacent deck overlooking the lake, where a comfortable patio set is provided as well as a BBQ. You can also admire the night sky while roasting marshmallows on the fire pit.
The large slow-burning wood fireplace in the spacious living room (firewood provided), can be used anytime, day or night, and is sure to keep you warm and enhance the atmosphere of your stay. For your entertainment, you will find a satellite TV (English/
French), DVD player, and CD/radio player, as well as numerous social games and puzzles.
Be it summer, winter or colorful fall, this cottage is one for all seasons. For a great stay, all you need is your personal effects and favorite food!
