Chalet Sérénity

This fabulous 2010 newly built cottage is only 10 minutes away from downtown Rouyn-Noranda. From the moment you walk into the house the ever changing view instantly relaxes. The view to the Bruyère Lake is outstanding!

It has a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, two coaches, a telephone, satellite television, CD player, board games, high speed Internet and an awesome view of the lake.

We have two bedrooms (two queen size beds and simple bed) with luxurious bedding and pillows. there is also a pull-out bed in the living room. The bathroom is complete with bath towels and a washer and dryer.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, convection microwaves and convection oven. You will have to your disposition everything a kitchen needs to make a wonderful meal.

It's a great fishing area and we have a private beach. Canoe, kayak and bicycles are available to rent. The spacious patio will be great for barbecues and a wonderful opportunity to relaxe.

Maximum of 6 persons.
It's forbidden to smoke in the chalet and no pets are aloud.
If you inform the owner in advance and you respect the max of 6 people, it will be possible to have visitors at the cottage.
If you plan to have visitor who will stay over for the night, a supplement will be charged.
No group partys or loud music is accepted.
It's a quiet place.
If those rules are not respected, the eviction will take place wright away and there will be no refund.
