Terms of booking

A deposit of 20% of the cost of the rental is required at the time of booking. The balance of the payment of the rent is payable thirty (30) days before the date of the beginning of the stay. When the reservation is made less than thirty (30) days before the start date of the stay, full payment is required. Payments can be made by check, Interac transfer or Paypal. As a security deposit, a credit card is required, with the following information: Card number, full name on the card, expiry date and CSV number.

Cancellation terms

If the cancellation notice is received a minimum of 30 days before the start date of the stay, the 20% deposit will be retained by the landlord as liquidated damages; post-dated checks for the balance on the rental and the damage and damage deposit will be returned. In the case of a cancellation received less than thirty (30) days prior to the date of stay, all money collected will be retained by the landlord as liquidated damages, except the security deposit for legal damage that will be returned to you.
