Entirely renovated, we have made our cottage a haven for family stays. Traveling with children is not always easy! So don't overload the car, we have everything you need (playpen, high chair, toys, books, etc.)! Our chalet is located right behind the beautiful Mont Orford Park! We can see the forest and the mountains in every room. Bright and calm, we are sure you will enjoy it as much as we do!
Our cottage is named in honor of our three children Alphonse (le pou), Mathilde (la puce) and Camélia (la punaise) who love to stay and play, safely, in the forest or in the very large lounge where we play board games with the family. Enjoy our full kitchen to prepare a great meal and relax in the living room in the warmth of the fireplace!
Kitchen: Fully equipped with quality appliances (fridge, freezer, stove /
oven, dishwasher, toaster, automatic espresso machine, electric fondue machine, etc.). The kitchen is very functional (even more so than the one we have at home!) And we are sure it has everything you need to cook memorable meals.
Rooms: For 6 people maximum (7 if the seventh person is a baby!). The chalet has 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a queen bed. The other two bedrooms are located upstairs and have a double bed and two single beds convertible into a double bed (an extra mattress is added to ensure your comfort). There is also a playpen for babies. All mattresses are new and very comfortable.
Bathroom: Full bathroom with tub / shower and washer-dryer.
Heating: Our cottage is very warm! With its heated floors, radiant heating. You will be warm during your stay. The slow combustion stove allows you to enjoy a beautiful fire. Firewood is provided.
Bedding and linens: Sheets and other bedding are provided for all sleeping areas. Bath towels are also provided.
Technology: The cottage has a smart flat-screen TV connected to the internet. All you have to do is login to your Netflix and/or Spotify accounts to enjoy. In addition, the cottage is equipped with high speed wi-fi. A retro game console is also at your disposal if you are feeling for a round of Dr. Mario!
Pets: Animals are not allowed at the cottage. We have allergies so we prefer not to take any chances. Thank you for your understanding.
Taxes are included in the price.
Access:
Our guests have access to the entire house and what is there, with the exception of two storage cupboards for our belongings (in the master bedroom and in the bathroom).
Exchanges with travelers:
We are always available to answer your questions via text messaging as well as over the phone. We will send you a unique code for the key box to facilitate your entry into the cottage.
