Tastefully decorated cottage, LA PERLE DES MONTAGNES is nestled in the Royal Laurentien golf course, one of the most beautiful greens in Quebec. Located on a non-navigable lake and surrounded by a hilly landscape, with an abundance of natural light, this chalet was created to blend in with its natural surroundings.

In the small community of St-Faustin-Lac-Carré, our multi-generational residence of 5,000 sq.ft. offers 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 gas fireplaces, 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. By this configuration, it is ideal for and multiple families. Its high cathedral ceiling, huge windows and open space concept allow for an airy place that is complemented by the spectacular view of the lake and the mountains. Chalet LA PERLE DES MONTAGNES is also comfortable with its central heating / air conditioning with air exchanger and integrated humidifier.

Fully equipped, the main kitchen offers beautiful views, an espresso machine, coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, fondue set, raclette set, BBQ, and much more. Also well equipped, the family room has an 86 "television, a karaoke system, a poker table, chess, checkers and board games.

At the top of the mountain, our vacation home has a private trail that leads to the lake where you will find a private dock, kayaks, paddleboards and a sitting area. You will have access to a heated swimming pool (12 people maximum), a volleyball court, a tennis court, hiking trails, a children's play area, a public beach and a golf course $ because we are members of the resort Royal Laurentien. You are spoiled for downhill skiing since LA PERLE DES MONTAGNE is 15 minutes from Ski Belle Neige and 25 minutes from the highest mountain in eastern North America, Mont Tremblant, with its 4 mountain faces, 102 slopes and 14 lifts. Tremblant is not just a mountain but a resort center made up, among other things, of a charming pedestrian village where there are 30 restaurants and 30 boutiques.
