Cancelation policy:
April to September: Deposit of 50% will be refund ONLY IF the dates of the stay are booked by other clients.
Oct to March (stay of 2 weeks or less): Deposit will be fully refund if cancelation made 30 days before the day of arrival or 50 % refund if cancelation 15 days before the day of arrival. If selected dates booked by other clients, deposit will be refund.*
Oct to March (stay of more than 2 weeks): Deposit fully refund if cancelation made 60 days before the day of arrival or 50 % refund if cancelation 30 days before the day of arrival. If selected dates booked by other clients, deposit will be refund.*
*If the selected dates are rent to other clients, refund will be made proportionally.
Cleaning fees are added to all stays.
