Cottage directly from Lake Champlain, in Chapman Bay. Calm residential area. Just 2 minutes from the U.S. border. Ideal for a couple, a family or a group of friends. All ours chalets are pets friendly. Comfortable and fully equipped. Two closed bedrooms (bedding provided). Kitchen with oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, raclette pan, fondue pan, espresso machine... as well as all necessary dishes, utensils and cutlery. Shower room with shower (towels provided). Living room with ROKU television and blue-ray player. Illimited WIFI BBQ, patio set, sun loungers and outdoor fireplace. 15-foot canoe (2 to 3 places), 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards and life jackets are also available free of charge.
