Lake side cottage situated on an ecological lake (only non-motorized craft are allowed on lake).
Trout Lake is located only minutes away from Mount Orford Provincial Park and various activities for both winter and summer such as snow-shoeing, cross-country skiing, down-hill skiing, horse-back riding, numerous bike trails, three golf courses, plays and concerts in nearby Magog, fine dining and local cuisine.
The cottage is close to a wide variety of activities and services yet is remote and private enough to supply a wonderful environment of calm and quiet relaxation.
Located less than an hour and a half from Montreal.
Cottage rental includes: bed linen, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer, heat pump (air conditioning with heat pump), a wood burning fireplace, a dock for the pedal boat, and a gas BBQ.
The large two bedroom chalet also includes a large screened lake-front gazebo. (N.B. double bed in one bedroom, bunk bed with two double beds in other room).
Rental is available monthly. Long term rentals available on request. The cottage is strictly non-smoking, six person maximum. NO SHORT TERM RENTALS
