We found this place at the last minute while looking for a weekend getaway. How lucky we were! It was the perfect, quiet, secluded place for 2 with beautiful grounds which included a fire pit by a waterfall and a babbling brook and an indoor fireplace in a unique little cozy cottage. It had everything that we were hoping for. A peaceful retreat from the city. We were welcomed and very much accommodated by our lovely host Karina who made sure that everything was just right. We missed going for a tour at their nearby winery because we were having such a good time in our little secluded bubble, but we will be sure to go again and explore it all!

Thank you for your kind review! We look forward to your next visit! Best regards, your Lowry Cabin Crew!

Beautiful little cozy chalet just in the beautiful mountainside. Perfect for 2-4 people. Very useful kitchen and beautiful view! The old style bathtub was a great way to relax. The best part about this was the piece of land it's on and the little fire pit next to the little stream and waterfall. If you're looking for a getaway this is the place!

So glad you and your friends enjoyed this little cosy hide-away Amanda. Thank you for the review and your insights!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing little vacation at this chalet! We only stayed a couple days, although we'd have loved to stay longer. We live in Montreal, right next to downtown, so it was nice to just relax, enjoy the sights and pretend it was our own little home away from home.
I loved the look of the place as soon as we pulled in. Such a cute little log cabin surrounded by beautiful trees with a gorgeous personal pond only steps away. I was even more excited when I realized there was also a stream nearby and a firepit! I absolutely loved watching the stream with my morning coffee on the cute little bench they had by the water.
The cabin itself was a lot fancier than I expected. It even had a CD player ;) I wasn't there for that kind of entertainment so the lack of TV was literally perfect. The bathroom was awesome with its stone wall and clawfoot tub, I felt like I went back in time and was staying in the wing of some little medieval castle. Although our intention was to get away from it all and we had intended on cooking everything on the fire, we surely appreciated the kitchen and cookware provided once it started to rain. I only wish I had such a view while washing dishes at home. :)
