On the ground floor, we find the kitchen (very well equipped with gas stove and dishwasher), the dining room, the living room with wood fireplace, as well as a bathroom with heated floor.

The 2nd floor houses a huge master bedroom with a queen-size bed on a semi-open mezzanine, with a work desk and air conditioner. There is also a bathroom.

In the basement, there is a family room with a large Murphy bed (queen), a closed bedroom with a large bed (queen), as well as a bathroom, with washer and dryer.

Outside, there is a large balcony, with propane barbecue, a patio table, a swing, as well as an outdoor wood fireplace. It is possible to easily park 4 cars.

To take full advantage of the lake, you will have at your disposal a dock, a two-seater canoe, a single kayak, as well as a pedal boat and life jackets.

The chalet is supplied with hight quality drinking water from a well. You have unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi access, as well as a television with AppleTV.

For your security, the chalet is equipped with an alarm system and surveillance cameras.

The chalet is less than 5 minutes from the center of the village and the Mont-Avalanche ski center.
