The process of booking our cottages:
1- When you are ready to book our cottages, we require a deposit of 800$ to reserve your dates, deposit can be made by etransfer, cash, cheque, wiretransfer.
2- A rental agreement with be sent to you by email within a week of receiving deposit ( be ready to send us a picture of an ID)
3- full payment of the rental is due 4 weeks prior arrival dates ( E-transer, wire transfer, cheque or cash). Original 800$ deposit is kept as a security deposit for your stay and will be reimbursed maximum 7 days after departure from cottage and verification for any damages.
4-Email with final check in instructions is sent the week of your arrival.
If rental payment is not received within the 4 weeks before arrival date, the host reserves the right to re-rent the cost and keep the deposit as damages.
No parties allowed
No fireworks
No smoking inside the cottages
Responsible of rental needs to be 25 years and older (in some cases we will accept exceptions)
Cancellations:
No refunds for bad weather, hydro Québec power outages or reasons out of hosts control.
If both deposit and rental amount have been paid, the deposit is reimbursed in case of a cancellation.
If only deposit been paid, no reimbursement.
If we areosit and rental amount have been paid the deposit is reimbused in case of a cancellation.
In case we are able to re-rent the dates for at least same amount, we will reimbuse the deposit and the rental payment minus 200$ administrative fee.
