Caban 49 is the perfect hideaway for a family get-together and to savor true cabin life.
Wood, warmth, simplicity: everything is here to help you disconnect.
We cook, we play, we chat around the fire… and outside, the forest watches over us, ever-changing and magnificent with each season.
Discover the simple charm of a real wooden cabin—the kind of place where you come together to slow down and savor the present moment.
Rustic and welcoming, it evokes those places where you immediately feel at ease, like in a cocoon.
Upon entering, the small, separate kitchen captivates with its simplicity and authenticity.
Its round wooden table invites leisurely breakfasts, drinks while cooking, or long conversations after a day spent outdoors.
The main room combines the living and dining areas in a friendly and soothing atmosphere. The wood-burning stove radiates a gentle warmth, creating that unique feeling of comfort associated with true chalet stays.
Two bedrooms and a bathroom complete the accommodations.
The chalet is designed to comfortably accommodate up to five people in an intimate and relaxed atmosphere.
Once isolated in the forest, it now shares its surroundings with a few neighbors, but retains all its tranquility and natural charm.
Walk in the forest, enjoy the hot tub or the fireplace, and savor every moment, whether it's snowing or sunny.
Nearby, the mountains and valleys of Saint-Tite-des-Caps offer wonderful opportunities for exploration: the slopes of Mont-Sainte-Anne and Le Massif de Charlevoix, the galleries and restaurants of Baie-Saint-Paul, and the trails that lead to magnificent viewpoints overlooking the St. Lawrence River.
You will have access to the entire chalet, the hot tub, and the outdoor grounds.

Dogs are welcome (fee of $75).

| Nous revenons d'un agréable séjour, mon copain, mon chien et moi dans ce magnifique chalet. Très confortable, propre, bien équipé, chaleureux et douillet ! Bien situé dans un décor enchanteur et idéal pour se ressourcer et profiter d'un bon spa ! Service à la clientèle hors pair et toutes les informations pertinentes avant et pendant la location sont très bien indiquées. Je vous le recommande fortement et nous pensons même le reloué une prochaine fois !

| C'est notre deuxième séjour au Refuge du Bougre et nous en sommes toujours aussi enchantés. Confort, tranquillité et charme sont au rendez-vous. Tout est propre et bien maintenu, y compris le bain à remous adossé à la forêt. Hautement recommandé pour un séjour relaxant.

| Nous revenons d'un séjour de 10 jours dans Charlevoix où nous avons logé à Caban 49. Ce chalet est très bien équipé, extrêmement propre avec une literie confortable, tout cela dans un environnement tranquille. L'intérieur est chaleureux, il y a de tout pour se cuisiner de bons repas, y compris un assortiment complet d'épices, le bois de chauffage ne manque pas et le jacuzzi est très bien entretenu. En plus, le chalet est à proximité de nombreux sentiers de randonnées. À réserver sans hésitation.

| Notre séjour fut du 27 décembre 2018 au 5 janvier 2019. Notre note globale est 4/5 (très bien). La raison: Malheureusement ce chalet n'est pas localisé directement au pied et où au sommet du centre de ski ''Le Massif'' de Charlevoix. Cependant, il n'est pas tellement loin, environ 5 à 10 minutes. Si le chalet était au centre de ski, une note de 5/5. Pour ce qui est du service pendant notre séjour, impeccable. Le propriétaire, Vincent, est d'un support sans reproche.

| En un mot, WOW! Le chalet est simplement parfait. Tout équipé, chic et «cozy», ma famille et moi avons passé un merveilleux week-end à la CABAN49. La place est très bien entretenue, les lits sont confortables, l'ambiance idéale d'un chalet, et les propriétaires sont toujours disponibles au besoin. Nous y retournerons assurément. Je conseille CABAN49 pour tout le monde! Merci à V. et J.
