Le Bleu du Fleuve is located in the beautiful City of La Malbaie, more precisely in the Cap- à-l'Aigle area . Built on a mountainside, it offers a breathtaking scenic view of the St-Laurence River. In addition, as it is situated on a wooded lot, the house is hidden from the road thereby providing both privacy and tranquility.
Upon entering the house, you will be dazzled by the blue of the river as seen in every rooms thanks to the large windows . Regardless where you may be in the house, you will see and enjoy the majesty of the river.
Le Bleu du Fleuve has three bedrooms, two of which have their own bathrooms with shower, and the third having a shower and tub. Each bedroom also has its own balcony and the main large balcony permitting nice get-togethers.
