It is a newly renovated 6 bedroom farmhouse house ideal for seasonal rental 10 minutes from Owl's Head ski and golf, 2 minutes from an access to the water on Lake Memphremagog, from where you can can swim in the summer and cross country ski in the winter. We also provide access to Kayaks for your pleasure! Lastly, you can store your own boat at the dock of the property owners.
During the summer, you can hike on nearby trails, climb Owl's Head or Mont Orford, kayak, waterski and swim in the lake. There is a sailing camp nearby for children and you have access to great roads for biking. So much to do!
Nearby activities include downhill skiing at Owl's Head, cross country at Mont Orford (20 minutes) or on Lake Memphremagog in winter, numerous areas to for walking (including hiking Owl's Head outside the ski season), skating rinks at Austin (10 minutes) or at Eastman as well as ice fishing during the winter.
