Welcoming country house on the edge of a non-motorized lake. The view of the lake is beautiful, with no immediate neighbors on either side, which gives some privacy and tranquility to the place.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, fondue and raclette, toaster, filter coffee maker and Nespresso.

The first level is an open space between the dining room, the kitchen and the living room. An antique cast iron wood stove offers a cozy atmosphere.
Upstairs are two bedrooms with queen beds and a third bedroom, with access to the terrace, is equipped with a double bunk bed with a single bed.
For your comfort, a bathroom on the ground floor with toilet and washer-dryer front, and a large bathroom with toilet, bath and shower upstairs are at your disposal.

The garden extends along the lake for a length of 200 feet. Two terraces are arranged to enjoy the view of the water. Garden furniture, hammocks, sun loungers and barbecue as well as an outdoor fireplace, six kayaks (2 for adult and 4 for young) and one canoe are provided for your enjoyment.
A large 16x12ft dock allows you to relax on the water.

Private parking is available for 1 to 2 cars depending on size. Parking is allowed on the way in front of the house from May to November.

In summer, there is a bike path "Le Petit train du Nord" accessible in Ste. Agathe. The Aerobic Corridor is accessible at Morin Heights. For those who like to ski, Morin Heights is 13 minutes away and Mont Saint-Sauveur is 20 minutes away. Mont Avalanche is 10 km away, perfect for families with young children. The charming village of Mont Tremblant is located approximately 30 minutes away.
