Security deposit required of 600$, it will be reimbursed upon verification of cottage after departure via etransfer

Responsible needs to be 25years and older ( in some cases we will accept exceptions)
Cancellations:
No refunds for bad weather, hydro Québec power outages, internet providers or reasons out of hosts control.
If the cancellation is made more than 4 weeks prior arrival date, the deposit will be kept.
If cancellation is made less than 4 week to arrival date and full rental payment is already made, only deposit will be refunded.
In any case if the guests are able to find a replacement for the stay at same rate everything will be reimbursed minus 100$ administration fee.
If the owners find a replacement for the same date and rate, everything will be refunded minus a 200$ administrative fee.
