Three bedrooms are garden level. Two of those bedrooms have queen-size beds, while the third is furnished with a single bunk bed and a double bunk bed. This level can accommodate 10 people. All rooms have large windows providing a gorgeous view of the lake and its surroundings. The garden level also houses a luxurious contemporary style bathroom, including two vanities and a large glass shower.
The dining room can be found on the ground floor and is ready to welcome 14 people around a beautiful handcrafted wood table. A functional kitchen, equipped with all high end stainless steel appliances, was designed to facilitate group cooking in a harmonious fashion. The kitchen also offers a 3' x 10' lunching counter that accommodates guests in a comfortable manner. Come relax in a spacious, yet cozy living room with a heartwarming fireplace and a 60? wall-mounted TV.
The second floor offers two master bedrooms, each one containing high quality queen size mattresses. Both rooms offer a splendid view of the lake and the mountains through large majestic windows. This floor has its own luxurious contemporary style bathroom, including two vanities and a large glass shower, as well as a spectacular view of the lake and mountains.
A large 25' x 25' exterior balcony is accessible off the ground floor. It hosts a gazebo covered eating area overlooking the lake and mountains, while also offering a sunny section for sun bathing enthusiasts.
At garden level, you can enjoy an eight person covered therapeutic spa. An outdoor fireplace is also at your disposal, and both of these items will ensure many relaxing moments.
Enjoy a waterfront dock with two kayaks and a row boat for fishing enthusiasts. However, it's also the perfect spot if you simply want to have a swim in a safe.
