Located in Knowlton, in the beautiful Brome Lake region, this spacious property is the perfect retreat for group meetings with family or friends.
A large open-plan living room, with a dining room that seats 12 people, is the perfect place to share a good meal. The adjacent kitchen with island and lunch corner is well equipped and allows chefs to cook up delicious meals, while taking part in discussions with the rest of the group. Then relax in the living room to chat with friends, read a good book by the fire or take a nap. A small coffee corner is also located near the kitchen to allow you, once the children outside, to relax a little while admiring the view of the garden.
Our facilities are the most complete and will satisfy both adults and children.
In summer, activities abound: private inground pool, access to Lake Brome via Douglas beach($), 2 kayaks, canoe on request ($), outdoor play area, outdoor fireplace, large BBQ, outdoor dining area for 10 people and relaxation spaces.
Several bicycling and hiking trails are also accessible nearby.
In winter, several downhill ski resorts are nearby, as well as cross-country ski and snowshoes trails within 30 minutes.
The house is located on a large private lot and has an inground pool and outdoor dining area for 10 people as well as a BBQ and outdoor fireplace.
The kitchen with island and lunch corner is very well equipped and has seasonings and condiments for your use.
Bedding and towels are provided; however, you must bring your pool towels.

An initial deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking; the balance is payable 30 days before the arrival date.
A security deposit of 1 000 $ is required and will be reimburse to you 7 days after your departure, following an inspection of the premises and, if no damage to the property is found. Otherwise, the cost of damages will be deducted from the deposit.
