Just 3 minutes away from the Mont St-Anne, 20 minutes from the Massif and 30 minutes from Quebec City, this beautiful chalet will charm you. Located in La Côte de Beaupré and near the area of Charlevoix, you will be able to take advantage of all the tourist attractions around.
Big chalet of 1400 Sq. ft. with three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace(wood not included), a dinning room with a table for 8 people, 55 '' LCD TV and wireless internet. Washroom is on the main floor with washer and dryer and a second bathroom with bath-shower is on the first floor.
There are two cozy terraces; one large balcony behind the chalet, overlooking a beautiful forest and a partial view on the river during the winter time, and one in front of the chalet.
Small household appliance are availables: dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove and all pots and pans to cook. A BBQ is also available. There are two mobile air conditioners: one in the living room and one in main room.
Two parking spaces, skis locker outside(near the front door), one indoor heated pool and one outdoor pool are only a few of the available amenities.
In the cottage there are three rooms: one with Queen bed, two with one Double bed each and one Sofa double bed in the living room. There is also a single folding bed.A baby park and bed rails for kids, for 1 bed, are also availables for your use.
All bedding and towels are included and a lot more.
