This luxury log cabin is located in picturesque Morin Heights, just 70 minutes from Montreal. The ideal location, the chalet is situated five minutes from ski at Sommet Morin Heights and a quick ten minute drive to St. Sauveur and all the amenities of the charming town.
This chalet will charm you with its comfort and log cabin design. Cathedral ceilings, four bedrooms (including King suite in mezzanine, two rooms with Queen sized bed, one room with bunk beds, ideal for children, and an additional pull-out Queen sofa bed in downstairs living room). Two full bathrooms make the space suitable for groups as large as ten.
Spanning three floors the chalet is spacious and warm, chic and rustic. Everything is here ready for your perfect relaxing getaway: 1200 square foot terrace featuring a seven-seat hot tub, outdoor seating, and outdoor dining area. Outside also includes a fire pit area with Adirondack chairs.
Inside, a large mezzanine overlooks the relaxation area of the property, which includes a dining room with massive eight seat table and a living room with working fireplace. On the same level you will find one bedroom with queen-sized bed, a full bathroom including bathtub, separate shower, and laundry facilities, and a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay.
The garden level, houses a pool table, home theatre, guest room with queen-sized bed, guest room with bunk beds, living room with queen-sized pull-out sofa, and a second full bathroom with oversized double shower.
Mezzanine third level features a master suite with king-sized bed and furnishings.
In the summer, chalet includes access to swimming on Lake Corbeil-- just a two minute walk from the property. Lake is clear, clean, and perfect for swimming. Shallow water ideal for children. Chalet is minutes to trails for hiking, biking, and outdoor activities.
In the winter, enjoy access to skiing minutes away from chalet at Sommet Morin Heights and a quick drive to St. Sauveur to ski Sommet St. Sauveur. Town of Morin Heights has all you need including grocery store, general store, restaurants. Nearby St. Sauveur offers even more options for shopping, dining, spas, and nightlife/après ski.
