The surrounding forest will guarantee you the tranquility you are looking for for an outdoor walk or simply to snuggle by the outdoor fireplace.
The marine forest walking trail accessible at the entrance to the Seigneurie estate gives you access to a forest with various observation points and allows you to visit the maritime museum.
The residence is located 10 minutes from Baie St-Paul, 30 minutes from the Massif de Petite-Rivière (skiing) and 30 minutes from the Parc des Grands Jardins which offers many outdoor activities (hiking, biking, via ferrata, climbing, kayaking, canoeing, snowshoeing).
At 30 minutes from the Casino Charlevoix, as well as the Manoir Richelieu, you can treat yourself to a session of Spa, swimming pool or even Golf!
Several amenities will allow you to have a pleasant stay:
