Intimate chalet with beach as a waterfront, on the big Lac de la Sucrerie. Private chalet in an enchanting and intimate setting directly on the waterfront of Lac de la Sucrerie. Ideal for lovers, friends, and family, to get away, enjoy the outdoors and relax. Many activities possible on site and nearby. View of the lake, the mountain and the forest from the chalet, its terraces, the dock. Sports, the outdoors and relaxation await you, 1 hour 45 minutes from Laval, 1 hour 30 minutes from Gatineau and 45 minutes from Tremblant. Why rent our chalet for your stay: Dock on the lake, 160 ft private beachfront Two large terraces over 30 'long. Front and side balconies of the chalet. Large, very pure and clear navigable lake 5 km long. Very intimate plot of 35,000 square feet surrounded by forest. Single and double kayak, canoe, pedal boat, paddle board (S.U.P.), and more than 20 km of shore to explore. New fully equipped kitchen with island. Dishwasher. Open space on living room and dining room. Fondue and raclette pans. All small appliances, coffee maker and Nespresso machine, oils, herbs, spices. Two full bathrooms. Washer and dryer. The path to the chalet is very quiet and safe for the family to walk and cycle. Lots of trail hikes.

| We arrived and sadly it was pretty dirty, dog hair everywhere, hair in the bathtubs and dishes, table outside and loungers were dirty with food and hair. The single kayak was broken as well which was really unfortunate. I was told check out was 12pm and the cleaning lady showed up at 11am which honestly scared me haha.
The owner didn't really seem to care when I let him know but that's life I guess.
But the cottage is cute, and the water/sand area is very nice.

Owner response: Eric and Amanda, Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately we have briefly tried a rental manager and it was unsuccessful 360degrees... In terms of cleaning quality, client communication, wrong information not custom to my cottage, not informing me back of any issues. You were a victim of that short trial period. But thanks for the info, they are not involved anymore and i'm back with my cleaning team that started with since 2019. I just passed 11 days of vacation in August with my wife and young kids to our favorite cottage (TheSweetBeach). I also always have friends and family that come visit us because they love the place so much ! And i bought a 2nd single kayak and a 2nd paddle board, for the pleasure of the renters. I already had 2 double-kayaks, a canoe and a paddle boat. I also installed a 2nd stone firepit. I supply the wood, the starting wood, carton, paper and firestarter ! In Brief, anything i think of and that clients mention me, I do take care of. Honestly i've had so many happy clients visit our cottage that i believe the unfortunate events that you mention are not worth tainting your stay and review. But i do understand that getting no answer for the rental manager fired you up, and I sincerely apologize for that. That experience is now behind us. Regards, David | |

| Très beau chalet et une vue extraordinaire sur le lac, nous n'avons manqué de rien et le propriétaire était très rapide pour répondre à nos questions, je recommande sans aucun doutes. Nous étions 4 amies pour le week-end.

| The sweet beach chalet really was that -- cozy, well-equipped, and nestled into beautiful Laurentides region. Our family immensely enjoyed the activities offered inside and outside. The teens enjoyed the basement with tv, arcade game controllers and multi-purpose ping-pong, pool and foosball table. We all enjoyed evenings in the hot tub under the starts. The nearby trails were spectacular, and proximity to Mt. Blanc, St. Jovite and Mt. Tremblant was great for a day trip. We were spoiled with the Nespresso machine, netflix, lovely woodstove, and amenities (dishwasher, washer, dryer, 2 bathrooms). It was a nice piece of paradise for our family and thank you to our hosts, who made sure our stay was memorable and comfortable.

| Nous avons adoré notre séjour en famille. Superbe chalet. Très bien équipé et très comfortable avec une magnifique vue sur le lac et les montagnes. Nous avons profité des activités hivernales à proximité du chalet (raquettes, marche et patinage sur le lac) ainsi que le spa.
Bonne communication avec le propriétaire et réponse rapide.
Quelle belle découverte! Je recommande ce chalet. Nous allons assurément y revenir.
