Project description:
Original design consisting of 3 modules connected by a glass corridor , signed by Lysanne Pepin in collaboration with APPAREIL architecture. Winner of one Platine and two Gold Grand Prix du design in 2021, Les Voisines sets in a natural and ecological environment in Austin in the Eastern Townships. This unique site boasts a 500-foot lakeshore on Gilbert Lake with two natural sandy beach accesses and a dock. Located at the crossroads of the Orford and Owls Head Mountains, this peaceful, eco-friendly lake, offers exceptional water quality, thanks to the absence of fuel motorized boats.
The genesis of the architectural concept, the choice of interior finishes, the furnishings and the design of the living areas are the result of several years of reflection by Lysanne Pepin, founder of Maison Pepin in Old Montreal. This nature space will be available for rent. The 3 units can accommodate up to 12 people.

Rental options:
Three options of setting up the spaces are possible for a 32 days stay. With regard to the length of stay, we will comply with Bill 67, which aims to regulate tourist accommodation in Quebec.
