This superb chalet can comfortably accommodate 10 people including a maximum of 6 adults with children. The 4-season chalet overlooks the beautiful Lac Aylmer in Stratford, on the borders of the Eastern Townships, Chaudière-Appalaches and Center-du-Québec. Being located at the end of a peninsula, you will have a view of the water no matter where you are in the chalet. Lac Aylmer is ideal for any nautical activity. Access to the water is easy and gradual, on a gentle slope, which optimizes swimming. The bottom is solid composed of sand dotted with small pebbles. Take advantage of the superb quay to savor moments of relaxation in the sun or to moor your boat there. You get a boat lift (up to 18 feet) with a capacity of 1800 pounds. Several boat trips are available around the lake. To make the most of your vacation, two kayaks and a canoe are available for your trips on the water. Fishing is very good at Lac Aylmer, with its many varieties of fish, including bass, walleye, muskellunge, pike and many others. To end the evening in style, let yourself be tempted by the private spa and its breathtaking view of the lake, then warm up around the outdoor gas fireplace, on the water's edge, to the sound of the waves. In winter, you can enjoy your stay in a magical setting at this warm chalet for rent. Practice ice fishing (equipment provided), cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or enjoy a hike in nature. ATV trails are 1.5 km from the chalet and snowmobile trails are approximately 8 km away.

| Repos! Un très bel endroit pour passer du temps en famille. Cuisiner et manger face au lac Aylmer. Des couchers de soleil magnifiques! Un endroit où nous avions tous notre petit coin tranquille. Lire dans la chambre principale face au lac! Se relaxer dans le SPA, cela a énormément plu aux petits. Et voir le lac se transformer au gré de la température. Magnifique endroit et propriétaire très disponible. Merci de nous tous : arrière grand-maman, grand-maman, fille et beau-fils, petits-fils, frérot et amie!

| 4e fois pour nous au Baie des Sables, et on est toujours autant émerveillés! Nous étions 8 (6 adultes et 2 enfants) et tout le monde a adoré! Le chalet est hyper bien équipé, la vue est magnifique et que dire du beau grand quai qui nous a permis la baignade et la pêche! Merci à Fred, qui est ultra disponible et réceptif également! Nous serons de retour pour une 5e fois, c'est ASSURÉ!

| excellent service du propriétaire et réponse rapide, endroit calme ,A elle seule,la vue sur le lac vaut le déplacement. ...Aussi des petits détails qui font plaisir... serviette pres du spa,chlore préparé en format individuel pour le spa, chandelle dans la salle de bain,douche et bain tres propre, débarbouillette pliée délicatement etc Tout semble bien planifié pour faciliter le séjour. Tout était propre a notre arrivée et accueillant.
