We are always happy to host Families with kids and responsible adult (25 yrs+) groups.
2021 construction-Luxurious spacious Cottage 4500 square feet of living space on three floors.
Directly on 150' of sandy waterfront with a white sand beach on Lake Cameron in the Tremblant Area.
Modern rustic style cottage, set up for comfort of your family and friends.

Base prices are for low season, prices may change without notice.
Quebec sales taxes (14.975%) , lodging tax(3.5%) and cleaning fee must be added to rates

Security deposit (1500$) due at reservation and will be reimbursed after stay (max 7 days) if no damages are made to the cottage.
Full payment due 4 weeks prior arrival date. ( accepted : e-transfer, cheques, cash)
No parties
Responsible needs to be 25years and older ( in some cases we will accept exceptions)

Cancellations:

COVID: in case of confinement or prohibition of renting short term, there will be a credit given for a future stay, no reimbursements

No refunds for bad weather, hydro Québec power outages or reasons out of hosts control.
If the cancellation is made more than 4 weeks prior arrival date, the deposit will be kept.
If cancellation is made less than 4 week to arrival date and full rental payment is already made, only deposit will be refunded.
In any case if the guests are able to find a replacement for the stay at same rate everything will be reimbursed minus 100$ administration fee.
If the owners find a replacement for the same date and rate, everything will be refunded minus a 200$ administrative fee.
