Exceptional contemporary chalet located in Sainte-Lucie-des-Laurentides, 1h20 from Montreal, offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the surrounding mountains of the magnificent Laurentians region. This property located on a huge 100 acres of beautifully landscaped lot, will fiercely protect your privacy while offering you a spa and a private lake as well as a hiking trail connecting to the public trails.
This extraordinary chalet has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 11 people with the single mattress and the inflatable mattress available. The ground floor, open concept and 22 feet (6M) high ceiling, includes the fully equipped kitchen with large central island, a dining room, a living room with fireplace, a pool table, as well as a full bathroom including a laundry room.
The mezzanine houses a living room, two bedrooms and a large bathroom. The basement has two bedrooms and a full bathroom.
WiFi internet, gas for the BBQ and firewood are included and the brand new spa, usable year-round.
In summer, you can enjoy the private pond, a jewel of landscaping designed to provide a large, calm and natural environment. "There all is order and beauty, luxury, calm and pleasure" as the song says. You can also pick wild blueberries and raspberries or stroll on the property's private trails.
In winter, as in summer, by car or from the chalet trail, you can go to the L'Interval Outdoor Center to practice a multitude of activities and have access to Mount Kaaïkop. In summer you can also have access to Lake Legault: canoe, kayak, windsurfing, swimming for $ 20 / adult and $ 15 / child including equipment. A contribution of $ 7 / adult and $ 3 / child is requested for access to the trails in the center. In winter: cross-country skiing (equipment loaned for free), snowshoes (rental for $ 10) + same contribution for access to the trails.
Even mountain biking enthusiasts will find what they are looking for with the L'Inter-Vals trail (medium difficulty level). A 38 km circuit between St-Donat and Ste-Agathe and which passes through the outdoor center L'Interval, located 9 minutes from the chalet by car.
You can reach the snowmobile trails directly from the chalet!
Note that in winter it is necessary to have a 4x4 vehicle to climb the path that leads to the chalet
