This 3 story cottage (townhouse) is directly located in Summit St-Sauveur / Avila mountain!

55 minutes from Montreal, 40 minutes from Mont-Tremblant and 2 hours from Ottawa.

You will have a superb view of the surrounding mountains. A balcony and a terrace will allow you to enjoy the summer season. The location is perfect for summer sports such as cycling and hiking. There is a small shed at your disposal.

The cottage can accommodate up to 7 people; it has 3 bedrooms with beds including:

- A master bedroom with a King bed.
- A bedroom with 1 single and 1 Queen beds.
- A bedroom with a Queen bed.

There is also a double size sofa bed in the second living room.

Book for your spring / summer / fall 2024 vacation! Perfect for long term rental / 3 month rental minimum.

From April 15 2024 to November 30 2024
- 3 month+ rental: $ 2,400 / month + cleaning fee

In order to confirm your reservation:

- Deposit of half of the stay requested at the time of booking. Balance of the sum payable 15 days before arrival.

- Photo of your valid ID.

100% refund, 60 days before the beginning of the stay
50% refund, 30 days before the beginning of the stay

Security amount of $500 refundable at the end of the stay and after the inspection of the premises.

Beau séjour à ce chalet douillet à côté/sur les pentes de ski et à distance de marche du village de St-Sauveur. Propriétaires très respectueux, rapides et efficaces s'il y a la moindre problématique. Merci !
