Chalet en Bois Rond du Lac Sergent

Magnificent log cabin located in the municipality of Lac-Sergent just 30 minutes from Quebec City, 1h15 from Trois-Rivières and 2h30 from Montreal.

The chalet offers 3 bedrooms with space to comfortably sleep eight people. It is perfect for a couple's vacation, with family or friends. Tele work is also an option since we will have high speed internet. You will find a living room on the ground floor as well as another living room with a TV in the basement. The chalet offers 2 fireplaces in each of these living rooms. There's also a heat pump for air conditioning and heating, so you will be comfortable all year round!

The double garage is also accessible and we will install a games room with table tennis, pool table, baby foot table, etc.

We have a huge wooded lot of over 160,000 square feet, so you will have more than peace. Opposite the chalet, there is an artificial lake with a large dock to enjoy, relax and have fun.

In summer as in winter, the number of activities is unlimited since the chalet is very close to the BRAS-DU-NORD Valley, regional bike path over several hundred km, ATV trails, FÉDÉRÉ SKI-DOO TRACK accessible directly from the chalet, SKI mountain in St-Raymond and the famous micro brewery Le Roquemont. DUCHESNAY STATION is also a few minutes away as well as the Lac Sergent GOLF course 2 minutes away. You can even go dog sledding or other amazing activity at the Inukshuk Adventure just minutes away! Don't forget that Quebec City is only 30 minutes away by car with its magnificent Old Quebec, not to mention the proximity of VILLAGE VANCANCES VALCARTIER to enjoy it in summer and winter with their spectacular water slides!
