This three story cottage is the perfect place to build memories together. Some quotes from guests: -There was something for everyone in our group, all ages -The fact that we were directly at only 20 feet from the lake was great! -We really appreciated that each bedroom was seperate, with a door. Not a doomroom. -I was happy to have the basic stuff already there, spices, sugar, aluminium paper. It gets on my nerves when it's missing. (We have full kitchen, 2 fondue kits etc) -THANKYOU, I could drink MY morning coffee. (Appreciating that we have the choice of machines: NespressoVirtuo, Keurig, drip Filter coffee machine or simply an electric kettle.) -The kids were happy to sometimes have their own space in the second living room. -Easy to get there, off the highway and we were nearly there! -We were going to get groceries before leaving for the cottage, but when we read that the grocery store was only 15 minutes from the cottage, it was easy and reassuring. Located 10 minutes from the small village of Saint-Jean-des-Piles, 40 minutes north of Trois-Rivières and 1h40 from the edge of Montreal or Quebec. Included: 2 electric fondue sets, salt, pepper, sugar, etc Plates, bowls, cups and utensils in quantity. High-speed wifi everywhere in the chalet. Google home (to ask for music, outside temperature, etc.) Pool table, Baby-Foot, several board games. Electronic dart game Home theater with electric retractable giant screen, DVD player 2 smart TVs, you can "cast" your shows from your cell phone (Netflix etc)

| Le3311 est un chalet idéal pour tous les ages. Nous avons fêté notre garçon de 2ans et avec la boule disco et l'écran géant nous avons passer d'agréables moment. Le3311 est un créateur de souvenir. Pédalos, Paddle board, Canot, Kayak, sont a votre disposition pour créer vos souvenir en famille ou entre amies. Merci a Marc et Aline de nous avoir accueilli dans leur magnifique chalet. | Au niveau du chalet très bien mais en ce qui concerne l'accès au lac médiocre ! Il y a un marécage en face du chalet ! Il serait intéressant d'avoir un quai flottant de l'autre côté de l'île pour pouvoir se baigner !
