Un chalet parfait sur un site exceptionnel!
J'ai rarement vu un chalet aussi bien équipé. Tout était parfait !

Nous avons loué le chalet du 21 au 23 octobre 2022. Lors de notre séjour, le spa était à un niveau d'insalubrité hors du commun. (Inutilisable, eau brouillée, particules flottantes, filtres crasseux et bouchées. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du spa.

Également il y avait les points suivants :
-la hache était brisée, il était impossible de fendre du bois pour s'allumer un feu extérieur
-tous les briquets étaient vides, seulement de petites allumettes disponibles
-la table de air hockey était brisé et ne fonctionnait pas
- aucune pastille ou savon pour le lave vaisselle
- aucune veste de flottaison disponible, vous devez les apporter vous-même.
-aucun savon afin de faire votre lessive
-aucune éponge pour laver la vaisselle, vous utiliser une guenille
-pas de papier parchemin / papier d'aluminium
-seulement une plaque à fourneau disponible

Suite à discussion, les gestionnaires du chalet ne sont pas du secteur. Ils font affaire avec une compagnie de nettoyage et remettent la faute à ceux-ci. On nous propose d'avoir un check out tardif afin de combler les inconvénients. Aucun autre dédommagement, aucune autre réponse de leur part, ignore les messages.
