**LAKE MEMPHREMAGOG/ MOUNT OWL'S HEAD/ SPA **
Located within steps of the Owl's Head ski resort and walking distance to private acces to Lake Memphremagog. There are several activities nearby: skiing, golf, tennis, hiking, road biking with magnificent landscape or mountain biking. Kayaks and paddle boards are available to rent near the Missisquoi North River. A short 10 minute drive to Mansonville you will find cafes, restaurants, ice cream, a grocery store and the famous century-old barn and its public market. 2 kayaks is available on summer location.
