The house has 3 floors and 5 bedrooms!
The most spectacular floor is undoubtedly the 1st floor with its open concept which includes a large kitchen perfectly equipped and up to date. It has an island around which it will be good to gather after a day spent outdoors.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room , which has a table that seats up to 10 guests.
On the other side of the dining room is the living room - with fireplace - from where you can quietly admire this unique landscape which is offered to you and which changes according to the seasons. What luxury!
A large terrace completes this floor. You will be able to fully enjoy it in the summer season, the season for BBQs and meals taken outside.
The ground floor has 3 bedrooms, a mudroom and a bathroom with shower.
The family room is located in the basement which also has two other bedrooms, the laundry room and a bathroom with shower.
Take the pulse of the mountain and its surroundings, access the luxury of this house in all seasons. Bring your parents, kids, friends, coworkers and enjoy it to the fullest.

To note :
Firewood is not included. You will find it at the corner store.
A shed attached to the chalet will allow you to store your skis, bikes and other outdoor equipment.
The BBQ will be available in season (April to October) only!
Le Auguste is located in Beaupré, 35 minutes from Quebec.
You will be very close to a grocery store, a gas station, a ski shop as well as the excellent Pub St-Bernard!
Rental rules:
Parties are not accepted, and we reserve the right to terminate a reservation if this is not respected
Strict 10 p.m. curfew for any noise likely to disturb the neighborhood.
It is strictly FORBIDDEN to smoke inside the establishment.
You can smoke outside, respecting the permitted distance of 9 meters.
Pets are not tolerated on site.

Downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, dog sledding, hiking trails and in summer one of the best mountain bike trail networks. What sets Mont Ste-Anne apart is the variety of trails offered, while the most seasoned experts will find something to their liking and beginner families as well. Cross-country, endurance, downhill biking, wave trails, etc.
The road to New France:
The Route de la Nouvelle-France, linking Old Quebec to the Côte-de-Beaupré: first windmill (1651), first place of pilgrimage (Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré 1658), heritage houses and property other treasures.
Canyon Ste-Anne:
Impressive canyon carved into the rock 1.2 billion years old by the spectacular 74m waterfall (higher than Niagara Falls). Cross 3 suspension bridges, one of which is 60 m away.
Chute-Montmorency Park:
From the height of its 83 m and exceeding by 30 meters the famous Niagara Falls, Montmorency Falls is spectacular in summer and winter.

| Magnifique chalet bien aménagé, vue splendide, environnement très paisible, très beau quartier.
Suggestions: un plus grand frigidaire qui fait de la glace (pour un aussi grand nombre de personnes)
