Our welcoming home is located on a mountainous site offering tranquility, privacy, and calm with panoramic views of the majestic Saint Lawrence River, Isle-aux-Coudres, and one of the most beautiful villages in Quebec, Les Éboulements.
Our home is fully equipped to comfortably accommodate 6 people. It includes common areas on the main floor such as the kitchen, dining room, living room, relaxing corner, and bathroom. The garden-level floor, with its direct access to the garden and abundant natural light, offers three inviting bedrooms, a living area, and a full bathroom with laundry space. At your disposal are several small electrical appliances for meal preparation and cooking, laundry facilities, bedding, and essential items.
You have access to several green spaces designed for enjoying the beauty of nature. There is an elevated terrace with a breathtaking view, a BBQ area with a dining space, a lounge-relaxation area, and a fire pit for cozy evenings. Due to its geography, Les Éboulements are located near Baie St-Paul, Isle-aux-Coudres, St-Joseph-de-la-Rive, St-Irénée, Pointe-au-Pic, La Malbaie, and Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, to name just a few of these charming places. Each season brings its own colors, pleasures, and flavors to satisfy your desires. You will discover a wide range of cultural events, artisan and painter workshops, shops, farms, cheese factories, art galleries, museums, restaurants, beaches, and much more. Winter activities are varied and include alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding, snowboarding, and ice skating, just 35 minutes away at Le Massif de la Petite-Rivière-St-François and 50 minutes at Mont Grand-Fonds.
A snowshoe trail is about 10 minutes from the village of Les Éboulements. Summer activities are captivating, with something for every taste and skill level. You can simply go hiking on the estate trail leading to the springs, do mountain hikes in Baie-Sainte-Catherine, or more strenuous hikes in the Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Rivière-Malbaie National Park, as well as rock climbing. You can go down the Rivière du Gouffre by kayak or escape to the river at the beach by canoe or kayak. Mountain biking is possible almost everywhere in the region. You can fully enjoy this beautiful Charlevoix region or peacefully stay at home contemplating nature, comfortably settled in our cozy house! Looking forward to welcoming you!
