A beautiful log cottage awaits to welcome you. Our cottage is located on a cul-de-sac waterfront property and on a private street at Notre-Dame-de-Pontmain. Large water navigable area of over 174 km and has a breathtaking panoramic view. This cottage is ready to make amazing memories during 4 great seasons!
There's lots of things to do surrounding our property. During the summer months, take advantage of being on the private Lievre waterfront river. Take a swim, jump off the dock, enjoy the sunshine. Fishing canoe and kayaks with life jackets and safety kits are available, you can launch it from the cottage beach. There is a public launch nearby for boats.
-Excellent place for fishing.
-Close by to ATV trails.
-Outdoor fire pit.
-Very private and cozy, close to nature.
Sleeps 8. Three bedrooms, one full bathroom and a full living room, kitchen, dining, washer and dryer, indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit and dock!
Linens are provided however it is highly recommended to bring your own.
Everything you could want or need is waiting for you in our little piece of paradise log home.
Minimum stay: 2 nights
Discounts for weekly rental (7 nights), message for prices.
Check- in: After 4pm Check-out: Before 11am
Booking deposit: 30% on booking. Balance due 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 100% before 60 days
50% before 30 days
Security Deposit: $400 (Return within 7 days of checkout)

C'est un super bel endroit, le chalet était propre et accueillant. Nous avons passé un beau week-end entre amis.

Endroit paisible et magnifique. Très tranquille car isolé dans le bois. L'accès au lac/rivière rend l'endroit très intéressant pour les amateurs de sports nautiques motorisé ou non. Chalet d'une propreté irréprochable. Bien situé a quelques minutes du village où on peut trouver une petite épicerie avec saq. Je vous recommandes fortement cet endroit et nous y retournerons à coup sûr!

This is a wood cottage in a nice and quiet private place facing a river and along the road 309, about 10 minutes drive from Notre Dame de Pontmain, where there is a gas station and grocery store to buy food and wine. Convenient for a family of 4 to 6 persons. A bit difficult to find with GPS only. The owner will provide necessary information on how to locate the cottage and where to find the key 24 hours before arrival.

We enjoyed two nights stay in this lovely comfortable cottage, which is more than expected, better than the pictures appeared on the website. Coffee machine and BBQ equipment provided. Feel like a home away from city. Bedding and linen to be prepared by ourselves due to covid-19, but it's ok for us.

Mobile signal is weak and wifi not available in cottage before mid-August, but for a vacation with family, it's probably better to stay without wifi. In fact, we enjoyed the family time sitting around the bonfire at night in front of the cottage.

Owner's response to questions is quick. We will come back next time.

Suggestion:
1. some tourism brochure of Outaouais or Laurentides, in particular, about nearby national parks or interesting places could be provided
2. the garden hose could be installed to facilitate washing the car after driving along the dirty road like the one in the Reserve Faunique Papineau Labelle
