Proximity: 5 minutes from the village of North Hatley (home to a grocery store, 5 restaurants, and a golf course) / 10 minutes from the Massawippi River Trail / 12 minutes from Sainte-Catherine-de-Hatley / 15 minutes from Ayer's Cliff / 20 minutes from Mont Orford / 50 minutes from Owl's Head.

Garden Level: An ideal space for REMOTE WORK or daily living, featuring a large office area equipped with three workstations (or convertible into a lounge space), a kitchenette, a private enclosed bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower—all leading out to a private exterior entrance. A place where you enjoy stunning views of the sunlit lake and mountains from every angle!
