THE LAKEHOUSE

Located just 10 feet from the waters edge, The Lakehouse has breathtaking, unobstructed views of beautiful Lac des Becs Scie, making you feel when you walk in that you are living on a boat!

It has been meticulously renovated and rebuilt to modern day standards over the past 2 years. With its south western exposure, The Lakehouse is soaked in sun all day long.

The Lakehouse has a thoughtful layout, whereby you enter from the driveway level, cross a short bridge which takes you directly into the mudroom, elimintaing the need to shovel copious amounts of snow in the winter, but also making groceries a breeze.

On the second level, besides the mudroom, you will find the lakeside master suite, a spare bedroom, full bathroom and a phenomenal deck, perfect for lounging or napping after a long day.

As you move down to the main level, you'll find the heart of the Lakehouse. The unbelievable lake views and constant wildlife will have you cozying up with a book, or relaxing by the fireplace to soak it all in. Past the living room, you'll enter the dining room, flanked by the 3 sided fireplace and another full washroom close by. There is a cozy TV room, outfitted with Super Nintendo, DVD and a VCR player for those vintage films. There is one final guest bedroom on this level as well as two more outdoor deck areas. Right off the kitchen, you'll find the outdoor dining room, with a water tight roof, so even in the rain, you can be outdoors and enjoy the lake.
