Savour evenings with family and friends in the stunning open plan kitchen, dinning and living area overlooking the river. With 4 bedrooms 2 with queen sized beds, 1 with double queen sized beds and the master suite with a king sized bed and one sofa sleeper in the lower living room rounds out the sleeping accommodation of this 2500 square foot residence.

Guests have the choice of cozying up to an outdoor fire pit (available June 2022), the indoor fireplace or the outdoor spa creating the perfect vacation sanctuary. From high above the river you'll be able to enjoy the majestic Saint-Lawrence river from the oversized deck which includes a propane BBQ.

The bedrooms combine warms, comfort and coziness, creating perfect little private sanctuaries for each group of guests.

In addition to the wonderful view and accommodations guests have access to the sites more than 6km of walking (snow shoeing or x-country skiing) trails which a located 500 meters from the cottage. Add to this it's proximity to the quaint town of Baie Saint-Paul (7 minute drive), the Massif ski center and two superbe national parcs and one could not ask for a better location.
