NOTES
PLEASE NOTE that our establishment is not eligible for short term rental, as the maximum number of tourist lodging establishments (tourist home) in our sector (zone) has been reached.
For this reason, it is not possible for us to rent our cottage for periods shorter than 32 consecutive days.
You will understand, in order to avoid any misunderstanding with our customers, with the CITQ and with the Municipality of Lac-aux-Sables, that the subletting of our cottage is forbidden.
The sharing of rental days or weeks between various people (friends, employees, etc.) is also prohibited.
In other words, in our cottage, we want tenants who will occupy it themselves for the entire rental period. Your stay over 32 days will truly allow you to enjoy the resort experience on our site.
Do not attempt to circumvent the rules or you will be evicted or have your reservation cancelled.
Do not ask us for exceptions. They will be refused.
