A charming, very comfortable cottage located right on the shores of Long Pond, offering stunning views of the lake and surrounding nature. It is situated just 1 hour and 15 minutes from Montreal and 5 km from the highway. Let the surrounding scenery captivate you. The property is close to all amenities in the village of Eastman and is located between the Orford, Owl's Head, and Bromont ski resorts.

***Available for the winter season: $4,000/month (min. 31 days) or $9,000 for the full season (January 3 to April 4)***

The cottage spans two floors, features two indoor fireplaces, and sleeps up to 7 people. It has three bedrooms: two with queen-size beds and one with a single bunk bed. There is also a sofa bed in the family room. All bed linens and towels are provided.

The BBQ is available for use year-round.

The kitchen is fully equipped (dishes, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, blender, microwave, fondue set, raclette grill, tablecloths, dish towels, basic spices, etc.). Washer and dryer included.
