Cozy waterfront cottage on beautiful Lac des Trois Montagnes, in La Conception (Mont-Tremblant region). Lots of activities nearby. 20 minutes from Tremblant resort (South side) and 25 minutes from Mont-Blanc. Snowshoe, cross-country or ski-doo on the lake or on nearby trails. Hiking trails within walking distance.

The house has two levels and a mezzanine. 1 full bathroom + 1 powder room.
Main level: kitchen and dining room / living room / full bathroom / master bedroom with king bed
Mezzanine: 3 beds (1 queen + 2 single)
Lower level: large living room with wood fireplace / bathroom / 2 bedrooms - 1 queen bed & 1 double bed
