Chalet Happy place Charming and very cozy cabin for monthly rent in the Hautes Laurentides, at L Ascension (20min from Rivière-Rouge) A natural and very rejuvenating place, a true haven of peace on the shores of Lac du Gros Brochet. The chalet is divided as follows: .A closed bedroom on the ground floor (Two single bunk beds + A sofa bed) .A full bathroom with shower on the ground floor .Open concept kitchen/ dining room/living room on the ground floor with view of the lake (A sofa bed)
.A bedroom on the mezzanine overlooking the lake (one double bed).
In the warm season, a canoe and a pedal boat are available for you to venture into the peaceful Lac du Gros Brochet (no motorboats allowed). In winter, the lake freezes completely and it is possible to skate there. A community ice rink is also accessible less than 5min by car from the chalet.
Outside, a round fire, logs and outdoor furniture await you to warm up your evenings.
An indoor wood stove is at your disposal for your comfort on cold days in addition to electric heating.
The chalet is ready to receive you, it has several amenities, is equipped with everything you need for your stay. It is furnished. Bedding is included.
Access to a flat screen TV with access to Netflix, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime and Spotify included.
Snow removal from the front parking lot for the entire winter season is included.

| Magnifique chalet, bien équipé, tranquille, avec des hôtes à l'écoute et réactifs.
Le lac est superbe l'été, et on peut en profiter pleinement comme il n'y a pas d'embarcations à moteur! En prime, les colibris nous tiennent compagnie et la vue sur le coucher de soleil est à couper le souffle!

| Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour. C'est tranquille, dans un cul de sac, aucune circulation, la paix! Marcher et faire de la raquette sur le lac, on avait juste a sortir! Avec des enfants ou animaux, c'est l'idéal. Petit chalet mais parfait pour 4 personnes, propre avec toutes les commodités. On a nourri les chevreuils, sauvé 2 oiseaux, découvert une bonne chocolaterie! Vous êtes à l'écoute et ça compte beaucoup. Vous avez une belle place! Merci

| Magnifique chalet au c?ur des hautes Laurentides. Il y a une ambiance chalet super avec les jeux, le lac, nous avons patiné. Les grandes fenêtres pour admirer les oiseaux, les couchers de soleil. Bel endroit pour se ressourcer ou se retrouver entre amis. Notre hôte est super sympathique et soucieuse de la qualité de notre séjour. Merci beaucoup Brenda.

| Nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille dans le chalet de Brenda et Dany ! Ils ont tout ce qu'il faut pour que vous passiez un agréable séjour. La communication a été également impeccable. Nous le recommandons à 100%, surtout si vous souhaitez passer un séjour au grand air, au calme avec une belle vue :)
