Located in the heart of Estrie region directly on the shores of Magog Lake and specially designed for lovers of relaxation, boating, skiing, golfing and/or snowmobiling.
Panoramic view of the lake and the sunrise with its magnificent colors. There is a private dock where you can moor your motorboat. Two kayaks and life jackets for adults are available, as well as a kayak and paddle board for children. A spa, an outdoor fireplace, a hammock, a BBQ and an area for eating outside are also at your disposal.
The chalet has a full bathroom, a powder room, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, high-speed wifi, a ROKU smart television, indoor fireplace, washer/dryer, bedding and shower towels. It can accommodate up to 8 people maximum (approximately 4 parking spaces) and it is composed of two bedrooms:
Bedroom #1: a queen bed & a single bed (bunk)
Bedroom #2: a queen bed & a single bed (bunk)
The nautical club is 270 meters away to rent other boats or sail lessons . The boat descent is at the municipal beach 7 minutes by car (4 km).
Located 2 minutes from Highway 10 and 7 minutes from major shops such as Walmart, Canadian Tire Rona, and grocery store , 4 minutes from Golf Venise, 12 minutes from downtown Magog or the bucolic village of Orford and 16 minutes from Mont Orford for skiing or hiking.
The snowmobile trail runs on the lake, so you will have direct access to it from the chalet.Are you a cycling enthusiast? The ''LA ROUTE VERTE'' cycle path is located at the end of the street next to the chalet.

| Superbe place. Très beau chalet avec toute les commodités et près des 3 terrains de golf que nous avons visiter. Je vous le recommande sans hésiter. La vie sur le lac magog est incroyable !

| Les plus :
- Superbe emplacement, collé sur le lac (mais sur les voisins aussi)
- Beaucoup de jeux de société, kayaks, planches à pagaie et vestes de flottaison fournis
- Grand salon lumineux avec vue sur le lac
- Proximité de Magog et Sherbrooke
Les moins :
- Le spa était brisé à notre arrivée. Le propriétaire nous avait averti qu'il surchauffait, mais ce n'était pas le cas. Le code d'erreur indiquait un senseur défectueux. Il a été inutilisable pendant la majorité de notre semaine de location.
- Le chemin de fer est tout près et il passe 3-4 trains par jour, souvent tôt le matin.
- La cuisine est très bien équipée, mais il manquait plusieurs items sensés être fournis selon le guide du chalet (huile et tous les condiments qu'on a dû racheter). J'ai mentionné sans réponse.
- Roku sur la télévision ne permettait pas d'installer d'autres applications (message d'erreur) alors on a pas pu s'en servir. J'ai mentionné sans réponse non plus.

| Excellent chalet pour couple ou petite famille voulant décrocher du quotidien et vivre en nature
près des centres urbains.
Le décor intérieur est relaxant et propre, toutes les commodités sont présentes et fonctionnelles.
La beauté du lac, les grandes fenêtres permettant d'admirer la nature en tout temps et cette
impression de ''temps qui s'arrête'' n'ont pas de prix!!!!
Nous y retournerons assurément, et nous le conseillons chaudement!

| Un endroit fantastique. Nous y étions en compagnie d'une autre famille et avons passé des moments magiques. Le chalet est presque parfait compte tenu qu'il n'y a qu'une seule salle de bain complète. À 10 personnes, il faut une certaine logistique :). Sinon tout le reste est parfait. Cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipée, 4 grandes chambres, salon + une salle familiale pour les enfants. Le plus beau est à l'extérieur.... Un quai en parfait état, des embarcations de tous genres, un spa et une terrasse couverte permettant de vivre à l'extérieur beau temps/mauvais temps. Je recommande cet endroit sans aucune hésitation
