Strawbale cottage

Our pretty strawbale cottage is set in a large garden, surrounded by rolling fields and forests and overlooking a large pond. The cottage built in 2007 with ecological materials, has an open concept kitchen/dining/ living area with a large fireplace and six French doors opening onto a generous balcony. There is a small library which can be used as an office for working from home (High speed internet is available). The two bedrooms both have full ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom also has a fireplace and balcony to the garden. There is also a large, fully equipped laundry room. There is also the possibility of an extra bed.
The cottage is situated on a regenerative beef farm on a quiet country road between Dunham and Cowansville. It is close to the Route des vins, ski hills, picturesque villages and services and is an hour from Montreal.
