To rent a watercraft (e.g. Seadoo) or a recreational vehicle (ATV, snowmobile type), you can visit Maximum Aventure, located in Grand-Mère /
Shawinigan.
For thrill-seekers, visit the Mattawin adventure center and treat yourself to a day of rafting, canyoning, hydrosledding, kayaking or even take part in one of our river expeditions by canoe or rafting. Shuttle service is also offered. Take advantage of your stay to visit the many hiking trails in the region at La Mauricie National Park or the National Trail.
In winter, you can join the snowmobile and ATV trails directly from the chalet. Skate with your family at the Domaine de la Forêt Perdu in Notre-Dame-du-Mont-Carmel. For lovers of cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, alpine skiing or alpine tobogganing, visit the La Vallée du Parc center or the Val-Mauricie outdoor resort.

** Important: In winter and during thaw, we strongly suggest having a vehicle that is at a certain height from the ground (So very small cars or sports cars to avoid) This is a forest road - The test for water conformity is ongoing. INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
As we set foot in the chalet, you will be instantly charmed by the fireplace in the living room. The large ceilings of this well-windowed room add to the charm of the place. In winter, the fireplaces are comforting and will make you appreciate the colder days. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to take full advantage of everything that is offered to you on site.
*Please note that the common areas are comfortable for 4 people, you will be a little more restricted to 6 people*
