Very nice lake cottage with lots of character, decorated to the taste of the day, open ground floor with large living room, dining area with table for 8 people (+ side table for additional guests), fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large island for cooking and entertaining, regular coffee maker and Keurig, pots and pans, serving dishes, dish set, etc. Large windows in the living and dining rooms with direct views of Selby Lake offering stunning sunsets. 2nd extra living room at the back of the chalet separated by French door from the kitchen with extra sofa bed, recently renovated powder room, foosball table, games, etc. and giving access to the back terrace with a patio set, parasol, BBQ. Large backyard with mature trees, outdoor fire pit, addirondaks chairs, etc. 3 bedrooms upstairs: 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed, oversized master bedroom with 1 king bed. Recently renovated bathroom with glass shower and separate bath. Laundry room on the ground floor with 2nd fridge.

Front balcony overlooking the lake for morning coffee or evening drink, picnic table with umbrella and swing chair on front lawn enjoying the lake breeze. Large parking allowing several cars.

Access to the lake via our private land located just in front of the cottage on the other side of the road from where you can leave directly either with the 2 kayaks or the pedal boat that are there for your exclusive use. Navigate a few hundred feet to our raft with ladder to take a swim. Possibility to borrow SUP board. Little traffic on Selby Road primarily serving local property owners around Selby Lake. Peaceful place to enjoy nature less than 90 minutes from Montreal, close to regional vineyards, popular area for cycling, tennis courts in Dunham less than 10 minutes away, Dunham general store, restaurants, etc. Freilighsburg (outdoor summer market, US border access, trails, etc.) and Cowansville (SAQ, Walmart, IGA, etc.) are less than 15 minutes away each. Sutton, Bromont and Granby are also very close by for a family outing in 25-45 minutes depending on the location (water slides, zoo, mountain hike,...).
