You will be enchanted by our four seasons cottage near the Eastern Townships in Quebec, 1 hour drive from Montreal. The land is bordered by the river and mature trees, 5 minutes from the historic village of Acton Vale where you will find all commodities and services. Less than 25 minutes from Granby, St-Hyacinthe, Drummondville, Richmond and the beautiful Yamaska Park.
The cottage is a quiet place where you can relax by the fireplace after a hot tub. Beautiful scenery with lots of trees in a dead-end road. The inside is rustic with nice home improvements.
You can sail on the river and also good for fishing. A very nice golf course (27 holes) 5 minutes away where you can use snowshoes and skis during winter. The Yamaska Park allows you multiple activities during summer and winter. The Granby zoo is less than 30 minutes from the cottage. Also, Richmond Park for cross-country skiing is 25 minutes away.
The bicycle path "La Route Verte: La Campagnarde" is near (1 km) for a nice ride in the country, for rollerblading or for hiking. Trails for snowmobiles and quads are also close to the cottage.
