The kitchen, dining room and living room all have a breathtaking view of the lake, with access to the large outdoor terrace where there is a large table for 8 people, several sofas, chairs and BBQ.

Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own full bathroom and the quality of the mattresses will ensure you a well-deserved night's sleep.


The walk-out garden level has the infrastructure for 2 large bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. Currently, a large TV room has been furnished with games, sofas and chairs. You can also access the large patio and outdoor sitting area from the large french doors

There is also a mechanical room for heating, air conditioning, air exchanger, heated floors, two oversized water heaters and other house infrastructure.

Your day will start with breakfast on the large private outdoor terrace with breathtaking views of the lake where the morning sun will warm you up while enjoying your coffee. During the day, you can take advantage of the kayaks, canoe, pedal boat, or your own boat, which can be moored at the property's dock. With its 4 acres of forest to explore, wildlife is everywhere. You will certainly see a variety of animals such as white-tailed deer, mink, great blue heron, loon as well as many ducks and their young. The large grassy field adjacent to the house will allow you to practice badminton, frisbee or soccer. There is also a dock for those who want to soak up the sun or read a book while watching the kids having fun.

This lake is located 40 minutes northwest of the beautiful and historic city of Quebec. The village of Saint-Raymond, 5 minutes from Lac Sept-Iles is renowned for its fine cheese factory (Alexis de Portneuf cheese factory), and has many restaurants, shops, grocery stores as well as a branch of the Société des Alcools du Quebec (SAQ).

After a long day in the sun, you can enjoy a barbecue on the shaded terrace while admiring the sunset over the mountains. At the end of the evening, you can hum songs or roast marshmallows around the outdoor fireplace.

If you are a cyclist, be sure to bring your bike. Hundreds of kilometers of cycle paths have been built on the old railway tracks. They will allow you to visit several villages and these trails also give you access to Quebec City and the Montmorency Falls. In addition, internationally renowned mountain bike trails (Bras du Nord) are accessible nearby. For those who like adventure (adults and children), a treetop adventure station is located 10 minutes away and gives you access to a zip line course.

Villa Savary II is available year-round. Summer will enchant you with its warm days and long evenings by the lake. Autumn is world famous for its beautiful foliage and splendid colors. The winter season, with its renowned snowmobile trails as the best in Eastern Canada, is very popular with tourists. Spring skiing is available until early April.

A stay at "Villa Savary II" would not be complete without a visit to Quebec City. Designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Old Quebec is the only fortified city north of Mexico. Cradle of French civilization in America, the historic district of Old Quebec bears witness, through its architecture and urban landscapes, to the role that the city played as the capital under the French, British and Canadian regimes. one of the restaurants in Quebec City is an extraordinary experience. Its gastronomy as well as its many terraces, some with a view of the majestic St. Lawrence River, will leave you with unforgettable memories. Also, a simple walk along the shops of Old Quebec is an experience not to be missed.
