Bathroom essentials

Room essentials
All sheets are included. There are many pillows, sheets, duvets as well as pillow guards and mattress protectors. Extra blankets, pillows, pillows, and throws are in wardrobes.

Kitchen essentials
Fridge, stove, coffee maker and Nespresso milk frother, coffee maker (filter), strainer strainer, kettle kettle, toaster, microwave, fondue set, electric grill, mixer/extractor mixers. Plates and bowls (includes bamboo set for outdoors or children), utensils, knives, knives, glasses, glasses, cups, cups, wine glasses, pots, pots, biscuit plates and muffins, cooking utensils, cake molds, hand mixer, dish soap, dishwasher, dish towels and much more.

You will have for your stay filter coffee (with filters), 8 Nespresso pods, tea, salt, pepper and sugar as well as lots of spices, olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Children
A high chair, a foldable baby park (bed), dovets, glasses, bowls and bamboo plates. A few books of stories and toys, board games, colored pencils. Each bed comes with a waterproof mattress protector.

Parking and snow removal
You can park up to 4 cars at the entrance.
In winter, the snow will be removed from the parking lot behind the cars. Two shovels will be at your disposal at the chalet.

Pets are allowed at the Villa with the additional coast $60 per animal per stay.

Air conditioning
The Villa does not have central air conditioning. On the other hand, for the summer period there are two small air conditioners/portable fans as well as a standing fan that are usually installed on the first floor in the dormitory.
In the Living room there is a large portable air conditioner and ceiling fan.

Guest access
You have access to the whole house, the terrace, as well as the large lot
(with the exception of the basement, the large dining room closet, and the shed which are used as service and storage rooms).
Other things to note

*Important*

- Please note that for the safety of our guests and our cottage we have a camera located outside the building at the front.

- The forest around the Villa is not part of our land. Its limits are very clearly visible, and it's important to respect them.

- There are no visible neighbors, but they are there. :) Most of our neighbors live here full time. Please minimize noise between 11pm - 8am to 8am to make sure everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep.

- There is a landline on site in case of power outage, as the cellular network does not always work very well since you are located in the middle of the forest.

- Even though the Villa has many amenities, it remains a cottage located in the heart of the nature. It is therefore normal for you to see from time to time insects such as flies, mosquitoes and ladybugs as well as small wild animals.
